To ensure optimal color quality on sublimated items that can vary based on materials and papers used, Sawgrass Print Manager offers a solution. This software utility automatically adjusts ink output, reducing ink wastage and ensuring accurate and vibrant colors on finished products. Supporting hot folders, gang printing, and output to multiple printers, the Print Manager handles both CMYK and RGB files. It provides 124 "color recipes" for different combinations of product materials, inks, and papers, thus enhancing your printing experience.

Notably, Sawgrass Print Manager is not currently compatible with Apple's ARM processors, though the company is actively working to optimize their software for these processors to ensure full compatibility and performance. Unfortunately, a release date for this update is yet to be announced.

Regarding system compatibility, macOS 10.13 High Sierra reached its end of life on November 30, 2020. Consequently, Sawgrass is phasing out software support for computers running macOS 10.13 High Sierra and will cease technical assistance for this version in January 2021.

The flagship sublimation ink, SubliJet UHD Ink, by Sawgrass, offers richer and more vibrant colors on both hard and soft substrates, including heat transfer vinyl. The ink remains viable for up to two years from its manufacturing date, and it's crucial to avoid using expired ink to prevent color shifts, printer damage, and potential harm to print heads.
